The climate in Hurghada (on the eastern coast of Egypt, beside the Red Sea) is hot and dry.

In summer, temperatures average around 30°C (86°F) from June to August. This is a little cooler than more inland areas. Temperatures only drop slightly in September, to around 27°C (84°F). Put simply, beautifully warm all year round!

At night, temperatures drop only slightly in summer, but a little more markedly January and February.
